Prepare the Package
Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of makeup, deodorant, or pet hair.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Process and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
