How do I determine the best size for me?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit or staying true to size for a more compressive feel.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Do you restock sold-out items?
While some core collections are restocked regularly, many of our limited-edition launches do not return once sold out. We recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the specific product page.
How should I care for my P'tula activewear?
To maintain the longevity of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
